Getting set up is easy! Just download and fill out the
credit application form and fax to
813-885-4033 or contact EDR Customer Service department at 1-888-891-EDR1
(3371).

All
repairs must be accompanied by an RMA number. If you do not have an RMA number please
download and fill out our RMA request form
and
fax along with your purchase order in the amount
of the repair of evaluation fee to 813-885-4033. EDR will fax back a RMA number
to be placed in the box with the equipment. A PO MUST ACCOMPANY THIS FORM.

the status of any job in process at EDR by calling our Customer Service

What if I
don't know the part number I need? |
|
|
EDR stocks virtually
every component of the 8100 series products. Many replacement parts for the
8300, 9300, 9340, 845,
1846, 1846SX, 1846SXP,
Compact -T, -S, -TS, -BP,
Plus 8700 and 9700, Select MPS and Select Portable
are available from our stock as well. You may download our
EDR pricing guide which
lists the part numbers for the commonly stocked parts from these products. Please call our customer service

What
do I do if I think my repair has failed while under your warranty
coverage? |
|
|
EDR requires an RE (return evaluation) number is if you
are returning a unit for warranty evaluation. If you are sending a unit back
for warranty consideration please call a Customer Service Representative at
1-888-891-EDR1
(3371).
